3. Services

ClientSniper provides lead generation tools including Google Maps scraping and an AI website mockup generator. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our platform in accordance with your subscription plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape data for the purposes of harassment, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access to third parties
• Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security features
• Use the data obtained through our services in a way that violates the privacy rights of individuals

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.

New Member Bonus

New users receive 500 bonus leads upon signing up, credited automatically to their account.

Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Yearly plans are billed annually.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the ClientSniper platform belong to ClientSniper Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of data obtained through our tools complies with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Data obtained through our tools will be 100% accurate or current
• Our tools will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientSniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
