Keeping your account and data secure is a core part of how we build ClientSniper. This page summarises the technical and organisational measures we use to protect the platform. For questions about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
ClientSniper runs on cloud infrastructure with data encrypted both at rest and in transit. All traffic between your browser and our servers is secured using TLS/SSL. Our hosting providers maintain their own physical and network-level security controls.
Account authentication is handled through Supabase Auth. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed using industry-standard algorithms before being stored, and we never have access to your raw password.
We never store your full card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Your card information goes directly to Stripe and is never transmitted through or retained by ClientSniper's own systems.
Internal access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorised team members on a need-to-know basis, protected by strong authentication. We regularly review who has access to what.
We monitor our systems for unusual activity and maintain an internal process for responding to security incidents, including containment, investigation, and — where required — notifying affected users in line with our legal obligations.
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in ClientSniper, please report it to us before disclosing it publicly. Email security@clientsniperofficial.com with details of the issue and steps to reproduce it. We investigate all reports promptly and appreciate responsible disclosure.
We maintain regular backups of production data to protect against accidental loss or corruption. Backups are stored securely and are subject to the same access controls as our production environment.
