This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using ClientSniper. By accessing our lead discovery and outreach tools, you agree not to misuse the platform in any of the ways described below. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ClientSniper to do any of the following:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ClientSniper platform itself using automated tools outside of our provided features.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying methodology of our lead discovery engine.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw lead data obtained through ClientSniper without an appropriate commercial license from us.
• Send spam, harassing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications through our outreach tools.
• Conduct outreach that violates applicable law, including anti-spam legislation such as CAN-SPAM (US) or PECR/UK GDPR (UK).
• Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or other technical restrictions we put in place.
• Run abusive automation, bots, or scripts against our systems that degrade service for other users.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including outreach sent using your credentials. You must keep your login details secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are also responsible for ensuring that any outreach you send using leads discovered through ClientSniper complies with the laws applicable to you and the recipient, including obtaining any necessary consent.

3. Enforcement & Suspension

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take action as we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, restricting features, suspending, or terminating your account. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is misusing ClientSniper or has sent you unwanted outreach using our platform, please let us know at abuse@clientsniperofficial.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform or legal obligations. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
